I was lucky enough to be taught how to cook by my mother Fortunée; I am eternally grateful to her to be able to open my cupboard and my fridge, see what’s in them and create a meal for one, two or 20 people with what I have!
This is why I want to pass my passion for cooking to others through teaching, I want to share her legacy and show you how to create magic while learning how to cook and eat well.
I have run regular cookery lessons, cooking courses and cooking demonstrations for adults, cooking workshops and cooking parties for children since 2005.
I have worked many years with JW3 – JCC London, doing adults, children’s and teenagers cooking workshops, while I usually work from home in North London at five minutes walk from East Finchley tube station. I also go to people’s home and rent premises for corporate events.
I have also been involved with multiple charities (Norwood, Camp Simcha, Jewish Care, Project Impact) for events, funds raising or cooking lessons with their customers.
Cooking lessons and cooking classes take place in English or in French.
“When I got married 10 years ago, Fabienne taught me how to cook a chicken. I was a total novice in the kitchen. She gave me so much confidence, I will never forget the skills she taught me”.
